The Lakhovsky Multiple Wave Oscillator is an electrotherapeutic device suppressed by the medical establishment for being too effective in curing many diseases. Back in the 1940s, when the device wasn’t yet on the radar of The Powers That Be, the MWO made its way onto a newsreel about a Manhattan beauty spa which offered a variety of treatments to its customers.
